We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit.
Returns and exchanges are offered at the discretion of Ashe. We do not offer refunds unless required by law, but we’re happy to exchange your item for another of equal value or issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday via NZ Post or Pack & Send from our High Street gallery. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email either from our team or through our website system.
We take care to package items securely; however, we recommend that customers hold their own insurance for freighted goods unless otherwise arranged with Ashe.
Shipping times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and public holidays.
International Freight can be arranged on request. Please contact Ashleigh directly to discuss options.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please:
Take clear photos of the issue (including packaging).
Email us as soon as possible at hello@ashe.nz
We will work with you and the delivery provider to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
If a product is deemed faulty, please do not return it directly to the artist or supplier – contact us first and we’ll manage the process on your behalf.Ashe complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act and will meet all obligations in line with New Zealand consumer law.

Gift cards are available for purchase both online and in-store.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They can be redeemed in-store or online for physical products only such as artwork or design goods.
Not redeemable on Design Services.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so please treat them like cash.

Love an artwork but want to pay it off over time? We offer layby as an option on purchases over a maximum period of 8 weeks, subject to the artist’s approval.
A minimum 20% deposit is required to secure the item.
Regular payments must be made over the agreed period, with the balance paid in full before collection or delivery.
If payments are not made as agreed and no contact has been made, Ashe reserves the right to cancel the layby and retain the deposit.
Layby items remain the property of the artist until paid in full.

Clients engaging Ashe for interior design services will enter into a separate Interior Design Agreement, which outlines the full scope of work, timelines, fees, and responsibilities.
Key terms include:
An hourly design rate (currently $90 + GST) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A signed agreement must be in place before design work begins.
Deposits and progress payments may be required for larger projects.
Ashe reserves the right to photograph and share completed design projects for promotional purposes, with client approval.
