In Good Company brings together a collection of works by Ashe Gallery artists in celebration of the creative community we continue to grow together.

More than a milestone, this exhibition is a reflection of the relationships that continue to grow between artists, collectors, and the wider Ōtautahi Christchurch community. Each work represents an individual creative voice while contributing to a broader conversation about contemporary art practice in Aotearoa.

Artists were invited to respond freely, sharing works that express their own narratives, ideas, and ways of seeing. Together, these works form a richly layered exhibition of painting, sculpture, ceramics, fibre, and mixed media - an eclectic yet connected representation of the diversity of contemporary New Zealand art.

In Good Company celebrates the value of gathering: around art, around ideas, and around the people who make both possible. It is an invitation to slow down, look closely, and experience the many stories that emerge when artists and community come together.
